Many hydrogen projects run into problems not because the electrolyzer cannot produce hydrogen, but because the system around the stack is incomplete—water quality is unstable, gas contains moisture, controls are not robust, or auxiliary interfaces are unclear. GT-7.5 is developed with a practical goal: deliver a PEM-based hydrogen production system that can be engineered, installed, and operated with confidence.
The GT-7.5 hydrogen generator integrates PEM electrolysis with supporting process modules. Depending on project scope, the solution can include:
Electrolyzers (PEM)
Power supply facilities, including constant-current power supply
Pure water preparation facilities and circulation waterway design
Gas–liquid separation facilities for hydrogen handling
Hydrogen purification facilities (as required by use case)
PLC control facilities, HMI/control panel, and system diagnostics
Safety system and protection logic
Piping, valves, separators, dryers, and other balance-of-plant components

GT-7.5’s integrated design supports:
controlled water management (qualified DI water delivery to the electrolyzer)
oxygen removal on the anode side via an oxygen pump
improved gas handling through gas–water separation before pressurized hydrogen output
a scalable engineering foundation for future upgrades (purification, drying, utilities, etc.)
