Introduction

The Dialysis Membrane Hydrogen-rich Water Module (3LPM flow rate) combines a PEM electrolyzer and dialysis membrane technology to produce hydrogen-rich water. The system integrates seamlessly with RO water systems and uses a resin filter for purification. It ensures high-quality hydration by infusing hydrogen into drinking water, ideal for both home and industrial use. The module features automatic control, a pressure switch, and a water level sensor for added reliability and protection.

Product Description

Basic Working Principle:
RO water is first purified by a resin filter and then transferred to the PEM electrolyzer-specific water tank. The water is further purified by a second resin filter before being supplied to the PEM electrolyzer (TDS = 0). When the electrolyzer is powered on, it generates hydrogen and oxygen. The oxygen is discharged, while the hydrogen enters the dialysis membrane fibers (hollow fibers). Hydrogen molecules permeate through the fiber wall into the inner core, where they combine with the RO drinking water passing through the inner holes of the fibers to form drinkable hydrogen-rich water.

The equipment is automatically controlled by a pressure switch to start/stop the operation of the PEM electrolyzer. A water level sensor monitors the water level in the tank, protecting the electrolyzer from running dry.

Installation and Connection:
Simply integrate the module into the RO device. Connect the RO water to the water inlet of the hydrogen-rich water module. The module's outlet should be connected to the outlet valve of the RO device before the control valve.
