Introduction
Basic Working Principle:
RO water is further purified by a resin filter before being added to the dedicated water tank of the PEM electrolyzer. After passing through a second resin filter for further purification, the purified water (TDS=0) is supplied to the PEM electrolyzer. The electrolyzer operates with constant current to generate hydrogen and oxygen. Oxygen is vented, while hydrogen enters the dialysis membrane fibers (hollow fibers), passing through the membrane wall and diffusing into the inner core. RO drinking water flows through the inner core of the dialysis membrane fibers, where the hydrogen molecules from the outer side combine with it, forming hydrogen-rich water that is safe to drink.
The system automatically controls the operation of the PEM electrolyzer using a pressure switch, while the water level sensor in the tank monitors the water level to ensure the electrolyzer does not operate without sufficient water.
Installation and Connection:
Simply embed the module into the RO system. Connect the RO water inlet to the hydrogen-rich water module's water inlet, and connect the water outlet of the module to the RO system's outlet before the control valve.
